⚠️ No Refund Policy
All payments made to AssamExamPro are strictly non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or reversal of the charged amount under any circumstances.
1. Overview
AssamExamPro operates on a subscription model with two paid plans: Basic at ₹99/month and Pro at ₹199/month. Payments may be processed via Cashfree (on the website) or Google Play Billing (in the Android app). This document outlines our refund and cancellation policies for each billing method.
2. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all transactions. This means:
- •Payments once made are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited back — for any reason.
- •No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
- •Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases.
- •Refunds will not be granted if you forget to cancel before the next renewal date.
- •Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
By proceeding with payment, you explicitly accept these terms and waive any right to dispute the charge on the grounds of seeking a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
While payments are non-refundable, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- •Navigate to the Pricing page and click "Cancel Subscription".
- •Upon cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- •You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
- •Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In the rare event of a duplicate charge (i.e., you were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error), you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, process a refund for the duplicate amount only. This is the sole exception to our no-refund policy for website payments.
To report a duplicate payment, email us at contact@assamexampro.com with your Cashfree Order/Transaction ID and registered email address.
4A. Google Play Subscriptions
If you subscribed via the Google Play Store (in-app purchase), your subscription is managed by Google. Google's own refund policies apply:
- •You can request a refund from Google within 48 hours of purchase through play.google.com/store/account.
- •After 48 hours, refund requests are handled by Google at their discretion.
- •To cancel your Google Play subscription, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions → AssamExamPro → Cancel.
- •Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- •AssamExamPro does not process refunds for Google Play purchases directly — all refund requests must go through Google.
5. Subscription Renewal
Google Play subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from the Google Play Store app. Website (Cashfree) subscriptions are valid for 30 days and require manual renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription before the next renewal date.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
